You must establish service with WVAW and obtain an account number. Fill out the application for new service, provide a photo I.D. along with a security deposit of $85. If the application is signed outside the District office your signature must be notarized.

There is a $250 fee for new connections to the sewer system. All customer service line installations must be scheduled for inspection by EVPSD. Failure to comply may result in exposing your customer service line installation to be inspected.
